Danze D454557SS Opulence Stainless Steel One Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet
We bought this faucet last year at The Astronomical Indoors. I installed it on our kitchen sink, but removed and returned it for a refund after 3 days. The faucet and spray mechanism worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the spray head's cheap-looking nylon hose was too short to arrive anywhere advance the bottom of our 10" deep double sink, which was very frustrating. In addition, the 1 lb. brass counterweight clamped to that hose (needed to pull the hose abet into the faucet) hung up on the faucet bottom under the sink if the hose was pulled out "too far". You'd then have to push the hose serve into the faucet with both hands, otherwise the hose would bend. More frustration. The final straw was that it was difficult to bag the spray head to finish place in the faucet body, without "dangling" loose unbiased a tad. Although not a show-stopper, the Danze was also more difficult to install than it should have been, because its input water feeds are too short to definite a 10" sink bottom, and the plot to connect the hose to the bottom of the faucet was not well designed; i.e., it looked like it would eventually leak. We replaced the Danze with a Grohe satin Europlus II, which my wife loves.
Very overjoyed with this recall. The impress was superior, the delivery was mercurial, the quality was large. The faucet looks impressive in my original kitchen. The faucet is tall and I esteem it.
We're in the process of face-lifting our kitchen. Original counters, sink, backsplash, lights and faucet. We ordered this faucet from Amazon, because I liked the plan it looked and the trace was lower than similar faucets or the same faucet on other sites. The faucet arrived like a flash in perfect condition. We needed it apt away, because we waited until the last runt and the installers needed to crop the hole during the install. The faucet is very gorgeous and very broad. We now have an oversized sink and water can be sprayed on every race of it. My husband installed it and there was no swearing or grumbling, so I would say that it is relatively easy to effect in. The faucet pulls out and retracts distinguished easier than our broken-down one, and the goose neck makes it very user edifying. I'd recommend the faucet highly. It looks very nice in the recess of our offset sink. But this isn't a "glorious" faucet, it is really delicate tremendous and might overpower a smaller sink. (Our fresh sink is mountainous enough for all my pans or a sterling size toddler)
